Power Platform Lead Consultant

What can you expect from us?

At our office in the Netherlands, nine colleagues work full-time, and you will be the 10th person. Job description

As a Power Platform lead consultant, you build solutions with a team of Delegaters, but you also encounter situations where you work alone with customers. One day, you will facilitate a workshop based on requirements and wishes; other times, you will design or develop an app on the Power Platform.

Our customers are typically larger and medium-sized companies, and we alternate between co-creating with the customer's employees or collaborating on concrete projects where we are responsible for delivery. There are interactions with other systems to consider, so you need to understand the context of different Microsoft solutions.

You must have experience developing Model-driven and Canvas Power Apps and automating and digitizing processes and flows with Power Automate. You have experience with integrations and links to other systems and data sources.

In addition, as an advisor, you will have to advise customers on finding the right solutions and making the right choices.

Success criteria

Above all, you must be a good colleague who takes pride in his work and that your mindset is to be 1% better today than yesterday.

On the projects, we expect you to be proactive with the tasks and able to guide other colleagues.

Competencies

• Experience with leading (project) teams
• At least 3-5 years of experience developing solutions on Power Platform or Dynamics CRM
• Power Apps (canvas and model-driven)
• Power automate
• Dataverse
• Experience with understanding code, but you do not need to be able to program yourself
• Experience collecting data from databases, Sharepoint lists, and Dataverse
• Preferably had contact with Microsoft business applications such as Dynamics 365 or Sharepoint
• Can discuss processes and workflows with users
• Strong in communication (Dutch and English)
• Accustomed to working agile based on SCRUM

Work experience

You have experience as a consultant externally or internally; you may also have worked in a company where you used the Microsoft Power Platform in your daily work.

Other experience we are looking for (not a requirement, but an advantage if you have it)

• You have obtained Microsoft certifications, e.g. PL100, PL200, PL400, PL600, PL900 or MB200, M400, MB600,
• You are up to date with the latest developments within the Power Platform
• You may have actively participated in integration and migration tasks
• You may have experience with Power BI
• You may have worked on optimizing and digitizing business and work processes

Language requirements

English C2, full professional proficiency or mother tongue.

Dutch C2, full professional proficiency or native.
