Business Applications in Delegate
As a consultant in our Business Applications serviceline, you will be part of Denmark's largest department with over 70 skilled Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platforms colleagues. We work with Denmark's largest customers and projects and working at Delegate is a guarantee that you will change the framework for the use of technology as we think outside the box. We have 6 Most Valued Professionals (MVP) in Delegate, including 1 in Business Applications, so you will always have someone to spar with.

We spend a lot of time on knowledge sharing with weekly presentations and focus on best practices in both processes and technology.

Requirements

As a Managing Consultant/Architect, you will be jointly responsible for the success of projects with customers. Working closely with the project managers, who have commercial responsibility, you will have technical delivery / architectural responsibility. Therefore, it is important that you have:

  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies and can engage in dialog with customer decision-makers
  • You have experience with sales, estimation, and delivery of projects
  • A desire to help build the consulting skills of your colleagues
  • You are commercially skilled and can decode customer processes into technical solutions
  • Develop solution architecture
  • Responsibility for delivering large projects in collaboration with the project manager
  • Understand and manage your own tasks and ensure the quality of the overall solution
  • You are willing to spend at least 3 days a week at customer sites to ensure a good, stable, and long-term collaboration


Compentencies
  • Minimum 4 years of experience implementing major solutions on Dynamics 365 - including Sales, Service, Field Service, Customer Insights and/or XRM solutions
  • You are familiar with Dataverse and Power Platform / Azure tools.
  • You may have a developer background, but otherwise a strong commercial education from e.g. CBS, DTU, ITU, AAU, AU
  • Have worked with Azure DevOps or similar tools and possibly CI/CD
  • Are a clear and articulate communicator in written and oral (Danish and English)
  • Are used to working in an agile environment
